| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨一定剂量X线照射对大鼠脊髓损伤后功能的恢复影响。方法 70只Sprague Dawley大鼠均接受第 2胸椎节段的脊髓损伤 ,然后随机分为 2组 ,照射组在损伤后 14d接受线照射 ,对照组则不接受任何治疗。所有大鼠分别在脊髓损伤后第 3、7、14、2 1、2 8、3 5和 42天接受后肢运动、斜板及后肢疼痛反射等 3项脊髓功能测定。结果 70只实验鼠中符合设计要求者 62只 ,其中照射组 3 2只 ,对照组 3 0只。X线照射组大鼠的后肢运动恢复及斜板测定均明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而疼痛反射 2组间差异无显著性。结论 一定剂量X线照射可以促进大鼠脊髓损伤后功能的恢复 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study whether a certain dosage of x-irradiation can enhance the functional recovery of the injured spinal cord of rats. Methods: 70 Sprague-Dawley rats receiving spinal cord injury by clip compression at the T2 level were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received x-irradiation at 14 days after injury while the control group did not receive x-irradiation. The functional tests were performed on day 3, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, and 42 after spinal cord injury including hind limbs movement, inclining plane and pain withdrawal tests. Results: 62 rats met the experimental requirements among 70 injured rats, 32 rats in experimental group and 30 rats in control group. Statistically significant difference was achieved between two groups in hind limbs movement and inclined plane(P<0.01), but not for the pain withdrawal test. Conclusions: A certain dosage of x-irradiation can enhance the functional recovery of the injured spinal cord of rats. |
