肺内非特异性球块状炎性病变的X线诊断

目的：为了提高肺内球块状炎性病变的认识和诊断正确率。方法：33例肺内球块状炎性病变,18例经手术病理证实,15例经抗炎治疗完全吸收而确诊。本文对其进行了回顾性分析。结果：肺内球块状炎性病变可见于炎性假瘤（18例）,球形肺炎（15例）。病灶边缘有毛刺者11例,有浅分叶者8例,有“桃尖”征者12例。病灶内或其周围有“条索”征者9例,结论：抗炎治疗观察及寻找“条索”征和“桃尖”征有助于炎性病变的诊断

X-ray diagnosis of intrapulmonary spherical and massive inflammatory lesions

Objective To make a further understanding and to improve Xray diagnostic accuracy of intrapulmonary inflamatory Lesions.Method Of 33 cases of intrapulmonary spherical and massive inflammatory lesions,18 cases were confirmed by postoperative pathological study and 15 cases were diagnosed and cured by means of anti inflammatory therapy.The data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The intrapulmonary spherical and massive inflammatory lesions were seen in inflammatory pseudotumour(18 cases),spherical pneumonitis(15 cases).X ray findings were as follows:"spicule"sign(11 cases),sign of "superficial lobulation "(8 cases) and "peach cusp"sign(12 cases) on the margin of a focus,"cord" sign in and around a focus (9 cases).Conclusion The efficacy of anti inflammatory therapy and presence of such signs as "cord"and "peach cusp"are helpful to diagnosis of inflammatory lesions.
