氦氖激光治疗剂量的细胞遗传学效应

摘    要:用小鼠骨髓多染红细胞和人外周血淋巴细胞的微核试验,评价了氦氖激光常用治疗剂量下的细胞遗传效应。雌性小鼠单独受激光照射或先腹腔注射10 mg/kg血卟啉衍生物(简称HPD)后再照射。激光受试的最大剂量为80 mW。结果表明,即使在最大剂量组并给予血卟啉衍生物,受试组与对照组的微核率无明显差别。

Abstract:The micronucleus test using mouse polychromatic bone marrow erythrocytes and human peripheral blood lymphocytes was carried out to evaluate the cytogenetio effect of the He-Ne laser therapy used in gynecology. Female mice with and without ip injection of a hematoporphyrin derivative 10mg/kg were irradiated. The maximal dose of laser was 80mW. There was no apparent difference in the frequency of the appearance of micronuclei between treated and untreated mice.Micronuolei of blood lymphocytes in women patients treated were examined before, during and after treatment by laser. No difference in the micronuoleus test was observed.
