肝癌患者围术期心理状况与社会支持相关性分析

目的:探讨肝癌患者围术期心理状况与社会支持的相关性.方法:应用Zung编制盼焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及肖水源编制的社会支持评定量表(SSRS),对56例肝癌患者围术期的心理状况及社会支持情况进行问卷调查,并分析两者的相关性.结果:本组45例围术期存在焦虑、抑郁心理,但可获得比正常人较高的社会支持,且社会支持与焦虑、抑郁呈负相关(P＜0.01).结论:社会支持作为肝癌患者围术期心理干预的手段,可减轻患者围术期的焦虑、抑郁心理,提高其心理健康水平及生活质量.

Correlative analysis of mentality status of the patient with liver cancer in perioperative period and social support

Objective: To study the correlation between mentality status of the patient with liver cancer in perioperative period and social support.Methods: SAS designed by Zung,SDS and SSRS were applied to make an investigation in questionnaire on 56 patients with liver cancer about their mentality status and social support.Results: The investigation showed anxiety and depression occurred in 45 patients but they could get more social support than healthy people did.The negative correlation was found between social support and anxiety,depression of patients(P<0.01).Conclusion: Social support is regarded as an effective intervention to relieve anxiety and depression of the patient with liver cancer so as to improve and increase their health condition and quality of life.
