后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺疾病36例报告

目的 探讨后腹腔镜在治疗肾上腺疾病的临床应用.方法 36例均行后腹腔镜入路行肾上腺手术.对手术方法、临床效果进行分析.结果 36例手术全部成功,手术时间85～420min,平均160min,术中失血量20～120ml,平均80ml.无膈肌、血管及胃肠道并发症.所有患者术后第2天下床活动,术后住院时间5～9天,平均7天.结论 采用后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺疾病具有微创、安全、术后恢复快等优点,是治疗肾上腺疾病的一种理想方法.

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal disease: report of 36 eases

Objectives To investigate the application of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal disease. Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of patients underwent retroperitoneal laparosocopie were reviewed retrospectively. Results All 36 cases succeeded uneventfully. The mean surgical time was 160min (range85～ 420min) ,and the mean estimated blood loss was 80ml (20 ～ 120ml). There was no diaphragm or intraoperative or postoperative vascular and gastrointestinal complications. All patients got ambulance the postoperative day 2 and the mean hospital stay was 6 days (range5～8days). Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery is minimal ivasive ,safe and faster recovery,so it is an optical method for adrenal disease.
