IGF-1和IGFBP-3在肺癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义

目的:检测Insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)与Insulin like growth factor binding protein 3(IGFBP-3)在非小细胞肺癌患者血清中的表达,并探讨其在肺癌诊断及预后中的临床意义。方法:运用免疫放射法(immunoradiometric assay,IRMA)检测80例非小细胞肺癌患者,14例健康人外周血血清中IGF-1I、GFBP-3的水平。结果:肺癌组血清IGF-1表达显著高于健康组(P<0.01),IGFBP-3表达显著低于健康组(P<0.05),同时IGF-1/IGFBP-3升高(P<0.01)。IGF-1,IGF-1/IGFBP-3在有淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNMⅢ～Ⅳ的肺癌患者中明显高于无转移者及TNMI-II期者(P<0.05),而IGFBP3下降明显高于无转移者及TNMⅠ-Ⅱ期者(P<0.05)。肺癌组IGF-1与IGFBP-3浓度呈负相关P<0.05)。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者血清IGF-1I、GFBP-3表达在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展及远处转移中有重要意义,检测其水平变化是肺癌的诊断、判断预后的有用的指标。

Clinical Significance of Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 and Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 3 in Serum of Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective To investigate the expressions of Insulin-like growth factor 1 and Insulin like growth factor binding protein 3 in serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and discuss the clinical value in dignosis and prognosis of lung cancer.Methods The serum were collected in 80 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 14 cases of health.The expression of IGF-1、IGFBP-3 in serum were analysed by immunoradioassay.Results The expression of IGF-1 and IGF-1/IGFBP-3 of lung cancer group were significantly higher than those of health group(P<0.01);but the IGFBP-3 levels were significantly lower than that of health group(P<0.05).IGF-1 and IGF-1/ IGFBP-3 in serum were higher in patients with lymphoid node metastasis or metastasis or TNMⅢ-Ⅳ than those without Metastasis or TNMI-Ⅱ(P<0.05),and IGFBP-3 levels were significantly lower in these patients than those without metastasis or TNMⅠ-Ⅱ(P<0.05).In lung cancer group,the levels of the IGF-1 had a significantly negative correlation with IGFBP-3 respectly(P<0.05).Conclusions The IGF-1,IGFBP-3 in serum play important roles in the developing of non-small cell lung cancer,examination of them may have clinical value in dignosis and prognosis of lung cancer.
