| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜子宫切除术的并发症及其防治。方法回顾性调查分析2004年3月至2009年3月在湖南省通道县计划生育服务站行腹腔镜子宫切除术的186病例，其中36例出现并发症。结果并发症发生率为19．35％，并发症主要包括皮下气肿、血肿，切口感染，术中损伤肠管、膀胱、输尿管，术中大出血，术后肠粘连和性功能减退等。结论腹腔镜子宫切除术的并发症不容忽视，我们应该积极防治其并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment and prerntion of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Methods The date of 186 patients who were performed LAVH in our hospital from march 2004 to march 2009 were reviewed and analysed,among all patients,36 patients come out complications. Results Complication rate was 19.35 %, complications include subcutaneous emphysema, hematoma, wound infection, intraoperative bowel injury, bladder, ureter, intraopemtive bleeding,postoperative intestinal adhesion and sexual dysfunction and so on. Conclusion LAVH complications can not be ignored. We should actively combat it. |
