Humane Management Mode in Psychiatry Department in a Military Hospital

With the development of society and the change of medical mode,humane management philosophy was required in hospital management.In this paper,the author discussed the significations to adopt the humane management into psychiatry department,analyzed the management problems,and introduced the specific forms of humane management and its advantages and cautions.At last,the prospects of this new model were elaborated.
