| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨五脏辨治腹泻型肠易激综合征治疗上的优势。方法]从心肝论治,调畅情志;从脾虚湿蕴论治,健脾化湿;从久病及肾论治,温阳固摄;从肺失宣肃论治,调畅气机4方面予以探讨。结果]腹泻型肠易激综合征从五脏辨治有助于提高临床疗效,患者的疾病得到了缓解或痊愈。结论]从五脏辨治腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著。
