潍坊市县级疾控机构卫生应急人员处置能力分析

摘    要:目的了解县级疾控机构应急人员的处置能力。方法通过问卷调查县市区疾控机构应急人员基本情况;构建综合评价模型;利用主成分分析确定模型中各个指标变量的权重系数;通过叠加分析综合评价应急人员处置能力。结果现场应急处置、应急演练以及应急培训方面,各县市区之间的差异有统计学意义(F=4.25、F=8.20、F=2.52,P值均<0.05);各县市区之间卫生应急能力建设,地区之间存在差异,中心城区相对周边县市区要弱。结论在保证应急人员职称、学历等的配置上,加大应急培训以及应急演练的投入;跨县区应急储备,全市统一协调。

Abstract:Objective To know about the public health emergency response capacity of the staff working in county-level Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC).Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out to collect the information of professionals in county-level CDC,on the basis of which an evaluation model was built.The principal component analysis was used to confirm the weight of the variables,and the overlay analysis was used to evaluate the response capacity of the professionals.Results The differences in field emergency response,emergency exercise,and emergency training were statistically significant(F=4.25,F=8.20,F=2.52,respectively;all P<0.05).The response capacities of the professionals of county-level CDCs were different.The capacities of CDC professionals in central areas of Weifang were weaker than the surrounding areas.Conclusions The investment in emergency exercise and emergency training needs to increase in addition to the provision of professionals with high professional titles and education.Emergency reserve should be prepared across the counties and allocated in a unified manner.
