云南地区部分人群下颌正中舌侧管解剖特点

摘    要:目的 观察云南地区部分人群下颌正中舌侧管解剖特点及其性别、年龄和民族差异。方法 回顾性分析1 103例患者下颌锥形束CT(CBCT)资料,其中男466例、女637例,0~18岁123例、19~40岁603例、41~60岁264例、>60岁113例,汉族900例,纳西族57例,其他民族146例;对比观察下颌正中舌侧管数量、形态及走行方向及其在不同性别、年龄及民族间的差异。结果 CBCT于624例显示单支、318例显示双支、161例显示≥3支下颌正中舌侧管;72例呈直型、1 031例呈非直型;418例自上向下、277例自下向上、12例近似平行走行,396例无明确方向。下颌正中舌侧管数量及走行方向在性别及不同年龄间差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),在不同民族间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);下颌正中舌侧管形态在性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在不同年龄及民族间差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。下颌正中舌侧管数量、形态及走行方向三者相互影响(P均<0.001)。结论 云南地区部分人群下颌正中舌侧管多呈单支、非直型,自上向下走行或无明确方...

Abstract:Objective To observe the anatomical characteristics of mandibular median lingual canal and their differences between genders, among ages and ethnics in some Yunnan people. Methods Cone-beam CT (CBCT) data of mandibular bone in 1 103 patients were retrospectively analyzed, including 466 males and 637 females, 123 aged 0-18 years, 603 ged 19-40 years, 264 aged 41-60 year and 113 aged over 60 years, 900 cases of Han nationality, 57 Naxi minority and 146 other ethnics. The numbers, morphologies and directions of mandibular median lingual canal were observed, and the differences between genders, among ages and ethnics were analyzed. Results CBCT of 1 103 cases showed single mandibular median lingual canal in 624 cases, double canals in 318 cases, 3 or more canals in 161 cases. Straight mandibular median lingual canal was found in 72 cases, while non-straight ones were detected in 1 031 cases, which went top-down in 418 cases and down-top in 277 cases, approximately parallel in 12 cases but without clear direction in 396 cases. No significant difference of the number nor walking directions of median lingual canal was found between different genders nor ages (all P>0.05), but significant differences existed among different nationalities (both P<0.05). No significant difference of morphology of mandibular median lingual canal between genders (P>0.05), but there were significances among different ages and ethnics (both P<0.05). The number, morphology and walking direction of mandibular median lingual canal affected each other (all P<0.001). Conclusion Mandibular median lingual canal of some Yunnan people mainly present as single, non-straight type, walking top-down or without definite direction, being certain different among ages and ethnics.
