注水交替进镜法在经肛肠梗阻导管置入术中的应用

目的 探讨注水交替进镜法在经肛肠梗阻导管置入并辅助镜下活检于结直肠肿瘤所致急性肠梗阻治疗中的应用价值。方法 将36例结直肠肿瘤所致急性完全性、机械性肠梗阻患者随机分为研究组和传统组,各18例。研究组在胃肠镜注水辅助下,行经肛门肠梗阻导管置入术,同时在镜下行活检病理检查,传统组患者采用传统的经肛肠梗阻导管透视下插入术,比较两组患者一次性成功率与所需时间。结果 研究组所有患者均一次性成功,有效率100%,传统组13例患者一次性成功,有效率72%,研究组用时(14.00±4.35)min,传统组用时(20.35±7.65)min,差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论 注水交替进镜法在经肛门肠梗阻导管置入术中的应用提高了置管成功率,所需时间也明显缩短,效果显著,准确、安全、经济。

Application of alternating injection microscopy in catheterization for transanorectal obstruction

Objective To explore the application value of alternating water injection in the treatment of acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal tumors with transanorectal obstruction catheter placement and assisted microscopic biopsy.Methods 36 patients with acute total mechanical intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal tumors were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 18 cases each.The research group underwent transanorectal obstruction catheter insertion with the aid of gastrointestinal endoscopy,and underwent biopsy pathological examination under the microscope.Patients in the control group underwent traditional transanorectal obstruction catheter fluoroscopy.Compare the one-time success rate and the required time between the two groups.Results All the patients in the study group achieved one-off success with an effective rate of 100%,while 13 patients in the control group achieved one-off success with an effective rate of 72%.The time spent in the research group was (14.00±4.35) min,while that in the control group was (20.35±7.65) min.The time spent in the research group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of alternate water injection into the endoscopy method in transanorectal obstruction catheter placement improves the success rate of catheter placement,and the time required is significantly shortened.The effect is significant,accurate,safe and economical.
