摘    要:目的 探讨引导骨组织再生(guided bone regeneration,GBR)联合种植牙技术对美学区前牙缺损患者牙槽骨吸收量的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年1月浙江中医药大学附属金华中医院收治的美学区前牙缺损的68例患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析。按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34)。对照组患者仅采取种植牙治疗。观察组患者采取GBR联合种植牙治疗。对比两组术前和术后1h的种植区牙槽骨的骨壁厚度,以及术后6个月的牙槽骨吸收量、美学评分。结果 术前两组患者的种植区牙槽骨的骨壁厚度数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1h,两组患者的种植区牙槽骨的骨壁厚度均显著增加(P<0.05),且观察组的骨壁厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术前两组患者的美学评分数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月,两组患者的美学评分均显著增加(P<0.05),且观察组的美学评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组的牙槽骨吸收量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在治疗美学区前牙缺损患者的过程...

Effect of guided bone regeneration combined with implantation on alveolar bone resorption in patients with anterior tooth defect in aesthetic area
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of guided bone regeneration (GBR) combined with dental implant on alveolar bone uptake in patients with anterior dental defects in aesthetic area . Methods A total of 68 patients admitted to Jinhua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Jinhua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University with anterior tooth defects in the aesthetic area from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as study subjects for retrospective analysis. Accorded to different treatment methods, they were divided into the control group (n=34) and the observation group (n=34). Patients in the control group only used dental implants, and patients in the observation group were treated with GBR surgery combined with dental implants. The bone wall thickness of the alveolar bone in the implant area before and 1 hour after the operation were compared between the two groups. Compared the alveolar bone resorption and aesthetic scores of the two groups at 6 months after surgery. Results The bone wall thickness of the alveolar bone in the implant area of the two groups was not statistically significant when compared with the preoperative data (P>0.05). At 1 hour after surgery, the bone wall thickness of the alveolar bone in the implant area of both groups increased significantly (P<0.05), and the bone wall thickness of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the preoperative aesthetic scores of the two groups (P>0.05). At 6 months postoperatively, the aesthetic scores of patients in both groups increased significantly (P<0.05), and the observation group had significantly higher aesthetic scores than the control group (P<0.05). At 6 months postoperatively, alveolar bone resorption was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of treating patients with anterior teeth defects in the aesthetic area, using GBR surgery combined with dental implant technology can effectively restore the thickness of the alveolar bone wall in a short period of time after the operation, and reduce the long-term absorption of the alveolar bone after the operation, improve the aesthetic effect of patients after surgery.
