宫颈癌根治术后发生盆腔淋巴囊肿危险因素的Meta分析

目的 通过Meta分析明确了宫颈癌术后发生盆腔淋巴囊肿的危险因素,为临床早期预防及治疗提供依据。方法 计算机检索关于宫颈癌术后发生盆腔淋巴囊肿危险因素的研究,采用RevMan5.3软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果共纳入16篇文献,样本量3084例。结果 临床分期Ⅱ期、浸润深度＞50%肌层、开腹手术、清扫淋巴结数＞20个、术后24 h引流量＞100 mL为宫颈癌术后发生盆腔淋巴囊肿的危险因素。结论 宫颈癌术后发生盆腔淋巴囊肿的危险因素较多,临床上应引起足够重视。

Risk factors of pelvic lymphatic cyst after radical resection of cervical cancer:a Meta-analysis

Objective To clarify the risk factors of pelvic lymphatic cyst after cervical cancer surgery through Meta-analysis,and provide basis for early clinical prevention and treatment.Methods A computer search for studies on the risk factors of pelvic lymphatic cysts after cervical cancer surgery was conducted,and RevMan 5.3 software was used to conduct a Meta-analysis of the included studies.Results A total of 16 articles were included,with a sample size of 3084 cases.The Results showed that: clinical stage II,infiltration depth＞50% muscle layer,open surgery,dissection of lymph nodes> 20,24 h drainage after surgery＞100 mL are risk factors for pelvic lymphatic cysts after cervical cancer surgery.Conclusion There are many risk factors for the occurrence of pelvic lymphatic cysts after cervical cancer surgery,and sufficient attention should be paid clinically.
