中医药防治急性后新型冠状病毒肺炎综合征血栓形成的研究进展

新型冠状病毒感染（COVID-19）患者在度过急性阶段后处于的亚急性或慢性疾病阶段称为急性后新型冠状病毒肺炎综合征（PACS）。PACS患者常伴有血栓形成，因此，防治血栓形成已成为治疗COVID-19和改善PACS患者症状的重要方向。中医认为PACS血栓形成的主要病机是寒、湿、热、瘀互结所致的瘀血阻络，其治则以活血化瘀为主，以清热、补虚、燥湿为辅。因此，通过阐述COVID-19后存在的炎症、内皮细胞损伤及血小板活化、血液黏稠度升高致血栓形成的相关机制，明确中医药防治COVID-19后血栓形成的作用靶点，为中医药防治急性后新冠肺炎综合征血栓形成的研究提供新思路。

Research progress in the prevention and treatment of thrombosis in post-acute COVID-19 syndrome by Chinese medicine

The subacute or chronic disease stage of COVID-19 patients after passing through the acute stage is called Post-acute COVID-19 syndrome(PACS). patients with PACS are often accompanied by thrombosis,therefore,prevention and treatment of thrombosis has become an important direction in treating COVID-19 and improving the symptoms of PACS patients. According to traditional Chinese medicine,the main pathogenesis of thrombosis in PACS is stasis of blood caused by cold,dampness,heat and stasis,and its treatment is mainly on activating blood and resolving stasis,supplemented by clearing heat,tonifying deficiency and drying dampness. Therefore,this review elaborates the mechanisms related to inflammation,endothelial cell injury and platelet activation and elevated blood viscosity that cause thrombosis after COVID-19,and clarifies the targets of Chinese medicine to prevent and treat thrombosis in post-acute neocoronary pneumonia syndrome. So as to provide new ideas for the study of Chinese medicine to prevent and treat thrombosis in post-acute neocoronary pneumonia syndrome.
