综合干预护理对社区产妇全程母乳喂养率的影响

【】目的:评估护理综合干预方案在提升社区产妇全程母乳喂养率方面的积极价值。方法:60例社区产妇,本次研究的时间段为2021年2月-2023年2月],选取随机方式,均等拆分,设立2组,分别为对照组、观察组,每组例数30例,前者为常规护理方案,后者为护理综合干预方案,对比两组产妇的心理状态、母乳喂养自我效能、哺乳技能以及喂养情况等方面的差异。结果:与对照组相比,观察组产妇干预后的焦虑(SAS)以及抑郁(SDS)等心理状态得分较低,母乳喂养自我效能得分较佳,哺乳技能得分较优,全程母乳喂养率较高(P<0.05)。结论:社区产妇经护理综合干预后,心理状态及自我效能均较佳,哺乳技能得以强化,全程母乳喂养率较高,护理效果显著。

Impact of integrated intervention care on full maternal breastfeeding rate in the community

Objective: To evaluate the positive value of a comprehensive nursing intervention program in improving the full-process maternal breastfeeding rate in the community. Methods: 60 cases of community maternal, the study period for February 2021-February 2023], select random way, equal split, set up 2 groups, respectively, control group, observation group, each group 30 cases, the former for routine care scheme, the latter for nursing comprehensive intervention scheme, comparing the two groups of maternal psychological state, breastfeeding self-efficacy, breastfeeding skills and feeding differences. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS), better breastfeeding self-efficacy, better breastfeeding skills, and higher breastfeeding rate throughout the intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion: After the comprehensive nursing intervention, the psychological state and self-efficacy were better, the breastfeeding skills were strengthened, the whole breastfeeding rate was higher, and the nursing effect was remarkable.
