风险护理与集束化护理在腹腔镜妇科手术患者中的应用价值

目的 探讨对腹腔镜妇科手术患者实施风险护理与集束化护理的临床价值。方法 选择2021年8月-2022年2月100例妇科患者,均在本院行腹腔镜手术治疗。根据随机数字表法将患者分为参考组、护理组,均50例。参考组实施基础性护理模式,将风险管理、集束化护理联合应用于护理组。借助量表评价两组患者心理弹性水平,统计两组临床指标、术后康复指标,比较并发症发生情况。结果 护理组护理后心理弹性量表评分高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组手术时间、术后首次下床时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于参考组,术中出血量低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组并发症发生率略低于参考组,但两组差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 风险护理与集束化护理能够提升腹腔镜妇科手术患者心理弹性水平,提高手术效率并促进术后康复进程,有利于避免此类手术并发症的发生,确保其治疗安全性。

Value of risk care and cluster care in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery

Objective To explore the clinical value of risk care and cluster care for patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery. Methods 100 gynecological patients from August 2021 to February 2022 were given laparoscopic surgery in our hospital. Patients were divided into reference group and nursing group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases. The reference group implements the basic nursing model, and jointly applies the risk management and cluster nursing care to the nursing group. The psychological elasticity level of the two groups was evaluated with the help of scales, the clinical indicators and postoperative rehabilitation indexes of the two groups were counted, and the occurrence of complications was compared. Results The score was higher than the reference group, significant (P <0.05). The operation time, first postoperative implantation time, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the nursing group, and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the reference group, statistically significant (P <0.05). The complication rate in the nursing group was slightly lower than that in the reference group, but no difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Risk care and cluster care can improve the psychological elasticity level of laparoscopic gynecological surgery, improve the surgical efficiency and promote the postoperative rehabilitation process, help to avoid the occurrence of such surgical complications, and ensure its treatment safety.
