血府逐瘀汤对结直肠癌口服卡培他滨后手足综合征的治疗及预后的影响

目的 探讨结直肠癌应用血府逐瘀汤联合口服卡培他滨对手足综合征的治疗郊果及预后的影响。方法 选取2018年12月至2019年12月陕西省中医医院诊治结直肠癌98例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,对照组予以口服卡培他滨,观察组在对照组基础上应用血府逐瘀汤,分析两组临床疗效、手足综合征及生活质量影响。结果 治疗后,观察组患者部分缓解(PR)20.41%明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);且观察组生理职能、一般健康、躯体疼痛与精力等质量明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 结直肠癌应用血府逐瘀汤与口服卡培他滨联合方案,能有效提高疗效,降低手足综合征发生,促进预后生活质量提升。

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on hand-foot syndrome and prognosis after oral capecitabine in colorectal cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and capecitabine on hand foot syndrome caused by colorectal cancer.Methods 98 patients with colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group from December 2018 to December 2019,49 cases in each group.The control group was given capecitabine orally,while the observation group was given Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,hand foot syndrome and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,PR (partial remission) 20.41% in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the quality of physiological function,general health,physical pain and energy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and oral capecitabine can effectively improve the curative effect,reduce the incidence of hand foot syndrome,and promote the prognosis and quality of life.
