基于CiteSpace的老年口腔健康研究可视化分析

目的 采用CiteSpace软件分析我国近10年老年口腔健康现状、热点及趋势，旨在为后期老年口腔健康的干预策略提供参考。方法 对中国知网、万方及维普数据库中2012年1月1日至2022年10月31日发表的老年口腔健康的相关文献进行搜索，通过CiteSpace软件分析发文的年代趋势、作者、合作机构、关键词。结果 共纳入文献291篇，近10年来年均发文量总体呈相对平稳趋势，作者及机构间合作欠紧密。老年口腔健康研究的热点是老年护理、口腔健康以及老年人的生活质量。结论 老年口腔疾患随着年龄的增长而增多，对其生活质量造成直接影响。关注老年人的营养和口腔卫生，探索并制定有针对性的个性化干预策略，有助于改善老年人的口腔卫生状况，呵护身心健康，提高生活质量。

Visual analysis of oral health studies in elderly people based on CiteSpace

Objective To analyze the current situation, hotspots and trends of elderly oral health in China in the past 10 years using CiteSpace software, aiming to provide reference for intervention strategies of elderly oral health in the later stage. Method The literature related to geriatric oral health published from 1 January 2012 to 31 October 2022 in CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases was searched, and the chronological trend of the issuance, authors, collaborating institutions, and keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace software. Results A total of 291 articles were included in the literature, and the average annual number of publications over the past 10 years has generally shown a relatively stable trend, with poor collaboration between authors and institutions. The hotspots of geriatric oral health research are geriatric care, oral health, and quality of life of the elderly. Conclusion Oral disorders in the elderly increase with age and have a direct impact on their quality of life. Focusing on the nutrition and oral hygiene of the elderly, exploring and developing targeted and personalized intervention strategies can help to improve their oral hygiene, care for their physical and mental health, and improve their quality of life.
