组装式粪便收集器对ICU患者失禁相关性皮炎的影响

目的 探讨组装式粪便收集器在ICU大便失禁患者中的应用价值。方法 采用前瞻性随机对照研究，将79例患者随机分为对照组38例，实验组41例。对照组采用医用排便清肠器进行护理；实验组采用组装式粪便收集器进行护理。比较两组患者住院期间IAD的发生率及相关费用。结果 两组患者住院期间IAD发生率比较，差异均不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组患者大便失禁相关总费用，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，其中两组患者住院期间床位费、换药费、卫生材料费比较，差异不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05)，粪便收集装置费差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 组装式粪便收集器可以有效收集粪便和降低ICU大便失禁患者失禁相关性皮炎的发生率，且与医用排便清肠器相比能有效降低患者的经济负担。

Effect of improved fecal collection system on incontinence related dermatitis in ICU patients

Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of assembled stool collector in ICU patients with fecal incontinence.Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was adopted,and 79 patients were randomly divided into a control group of 38 cases and an experimental group of 41 cases.The control group was nursed with a medical defecation and bowel cleanser;the experimental group was nursed with an assembled feces collector.The incidence of IAD and related expenses during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of IAD between the two groups during hospitalization(P>0.05);the difference in total costs related to fecal incontinence was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05), and the difference between the two groups during hospitalization was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the cost of bed,dressing change,and sanitary materials (P>0.05),but the difference in the cost of feces collection devices was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The assembled feces collector can effectively collect feces and reduce the incidence of incontinence-associated dermatitis,and it can effectively reduce the economic burden of patients compared with medical defecation and bowel cleansers.
