老年急性非淋巴细胞白血病化疗疗效观察

目的：根据老年急性白血病独特的生物学及临床特征，寻求治疗老年急性白血病的有效措施。方法：回顾分析5年间收治的老年急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)28例，采用DA与HA联合化疗，依据不同剂量，将其分为两组。结果：两组总有效率为62．5％。其中中等剂量组16例，6例(37．5％)CR，平均生存时间为262d。2例(12．5％)PR；小剂量组12例．3例(25％)CR，2例(16．7％)PR；结论：对老年白血病患者治疗应个体化，一般情况好者应在强有力支持治疗情况下采用中等剂量的化疗，相反宜小剂量化疗。

Chemotherapy of Nonlymphocytic Loukemia in Elderly

Objective: Acording to the distinctive biology and clinical characteristics of elderly patients with acute leukemia,to study the effective treatment for them. Methods: The data of 28 elderly patients with ANLL which were treated with DA and HA combination chemotherapy. were retrospectively analyzed. The cases were divided into two groups by different dose. Results: The total effictive rate was 62.5%. In the 16 cases given medium dose 6 cases achieved CR(37.5%) whose everage survival period was 262 days and 2 cases achieved PR(13.5%). There were 12 cases in the low dose group, in which 3 achieved Cr (25%) and 2 achieved PR (16.7%). Conclusion: The therapy for elderly patients with leukemia should be taken with individualized treatment. The case in good physical condition should adopt medium dose chemotherapy, with vigorous supportive care at the same time, otherwise the low dose whould be taken with.
