彩色实时三维超声心动图在先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨彩色实时三维超声心动图在先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用价值.方法应用Philips Sonos 7500超声诊断仪、X4探头.对23例常见先天性心脏病患者在实时三维超声心动图及彩色实时三维超声心动图监测下,经心导管行房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损及动脉导管未闭封堵术.结果彩色实时三维超声心动图能立体显示房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损及动脉导管未闭的血流起源、方向和立体空间分布,能准确引导房间隔、室间隔及动脉导管介入手术.结论彩色实时三维超声心动图对常见先天性心脏病的临床诊断、疗效评估和预后评价方面具有不可替代的临床应用价值和广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of color real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(color RT-3DE) in transcatheter closure of congenital heart diseases.Methods Philips Sonos 7500 with a X4 probe was used.Twenty-three patients with atrial septal defect,ventricular septal defect or patent ductus arteriosus underwent transcatheter closure under the guidance of RT-3DE and color RT-3DE.Results Color RT-3DE can display clearly origin of blood flow,direction and its spatial relation to the surrounding tissue,guiding the transcatheter closure procedure.Conclusions Color RT-3DE provides rapid and accurate methods being monitored during guiding the transcatheter closure procedure.It has important clinical value and extensity perspective on the clinical diagnosis and the evaluation of therapeutic effect and prognostic appraise for congenital heart diseases.
