| 摘 要： | 目的对胶体金试纸法与酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)做比较,了解胶体金试纸法的灵敏度和特异度。方法采用两种方法检测0~65岁人群血清标本3 578份。结果胶体金试纸法检测出HBsAg阳性标本189份,阳性率5.28%;ELISA法检测出阳性标本200份,阳性率5.59%;两种方法阳性检出率差异无显著统计学意义。胶体金试纸法与ELISA法检测标本符合率为97.74%。胶体金试纸法的灵敏度为77.00%,特异度为98.96%。结论胶体金试纸法操作简便、快速,检测的特异度较好,但其灵敏度有待提高。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to compare the two methods,the colloidal gold stripes and the ELISA for testing HBsAg in 2002.Method 3578 serum samples of health group from 065 years old were tested with PPS. Result HBsAg positive rate with colloidal gold stripes was 5.28%(189 positive cases)and that with the ELISA was 5.59%(20 positive cases).The difference between two methods for HBsAg positive rate was not statistically significant.The accordance rate of the two methods for all group was 97.74% and for HBsAg positive was 90.06%.Specificity and sensitivity of the colloidal gold stripes was 98.96%,77.00% respectively. Conclusion The colloidal gold stripes was simple and quick,the specificity was higher but sensitivity was lower. |
