摘    要:目的优选四妙勇安汤的提取工艺。方法以总黄酮、绿原酸以及总苷的提取得率为考察指标,采用正交试验法考察水提取条件,单因素考察醇沉浓度。结果提取次数对各指标都有显著影响,优选出最佳的提取工艺,醇沉浓度为70%。结论该方法能提取出方中的主要有效成分,简便可行,达到初步富集纯化的目的。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technique of Simiao Yongan Decoction.METHOD Orthogonal method was used to observe the condition of water extraction, with the yield of total flavonoids, caffeotannic acid and total glycosides as the observation indexes.RESULT The number of times of extraction is directly related to the various indexes. The optimal technique was determined with an alcohol sediment concentration of 70% . CONCLUSION This method can be used to extract the main active components in the decoction, which is simple and can meet enriching and purifying ends.
