创伤外科学见习带教的实践与探索

总结创伤外科学见习带教的经验，提高创伤外科学带教水平及教学质量。我们在教学前召开教学讨论会，根据创伤外科学的特点确定教学方法、教学重点与教学难点，将现代网络医学资源与多媒体技术融入教学之中。积极创造条件，增加学生参与医疗实践的机会。见习结束后，学生普遍反映教学生动、内容丰富，学到了创伤救治知识，学会了解决临床问题的方法。通过见习带教，我们认识到充分利用现代医学资源和采用适当的教学方法能够提高教学质量。

Exploration and practice of clinical clerkship teaching in trauma surgery

We had summarized the teaching experiences of trauma surgery and explored teaching methods, as to improve the teacher's ability and the teaching effect. Before classes, we had a teaching col-loquium, according to the clinical characteristics of trauma surgery, in teaching we decided the teaching methods, teaching key points and difficulty points of teaching, used the advantages of modern network med- ical resources and multimedia teaching. We created opportunities that students could participate the medi- cal practice, and that teaching was vivid, content of course was abundant. The students thought they had grasped the knowledge of trauma, and learned the method to treat trauma diseases. The modem medical science resources and teaching methods can enhance teaching quality through the teaching.
