留守初中生心理健康状况调查

目的了解留守初中生心理健康状况,为采取干预措施提供科学依据。方法选取江西省3所乡中学775名初中生为研究对象,进行心理健康诊断测验(MHT)。结果留守初中生心理问题≥1项的阳性检出率为72.4%,但与非留守及曾留守学生比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);留守初中生恐怖倾向阳性检出率为16.5%,非留守初中生为9.7%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.15,P0.01);初二年级留守学生冲动倾向得分为(4.49±2.25),明显高于非留守学生(2.64±2.08)及曾留守学生(3.91±2.41)(P0.05);非留守男生自责倾向得分为(5.34±2.39)明显高于留守男生(4.69±2.54)及曾留守男生(5.02±2.41)(P0.05);初三年级非留守学生自责倾向和过敏倾向得分为(5.85±2.21),(5.84±2.10),明显高于留守学生(4.86±2.31),(4.78±2.22)和曾留守学生(4.42±2.71),(5.50±2.84)(P0.05)。结论与非留守初中生比较,留守初中生心理问题表现不明显,但阳性检出率有明显增长趋势。

Survey of psychological health in left-in-home junior middle school students
