摘    要:斑马鱼(Danio rerio),是一种用于研究脊椎动物胚胎学和发育遗传学的模式生物。近年来,利用斑马鱼来建立人类疾病研究模型已成为新的研究亮点。笔者就斑马鱼作为一种抗肿瘤新药研究模式生物所具有的优势、应用研究及其前景做一综述。

Abstract:Zebrafish (Danio rerio) embryo is one of the most versatile models for studying vertebrate biology. Among the model systems for drug development, the zebrafish model has become prized because of its fecundity, its morphological and physiological similarity to mammals, the existence of many genomic tools and the ease with which large phenotype-based screens can be performed. This paper reviewed the unique characteristics of the use of the zebrafish as a new model for assessing anti-tumor agent candidates, and its future attributions in drug development process.
