前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变128例

目的观察前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法128例糖尿病神经病变患者，随机分为前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗组、单用前列地尔治疗组、单用甲钴胺治疗组及基础治疗组，比较四组患者治疗前后肌电图改变及临床疗效。结果前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗组在临床疗效及神经传导速度方面明显优于单用前列地尔组或单用甲钴胺治疗组（P〈0．05）。结论前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗比单用前列地尔或甲钴胺治疗可更有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变。

Combined therapeutic effect of alprostadil and mecobalamin on 128 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of alprostadil and mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods One hundred and twenty eight patients of DPN were divided into four groups： the alprostadil combined mecobalamine treated group, the alprostadil treated group, the mecobalamine treated group and the underline treated group, randomly. The therapeutic effect and nerve conduction velocity were compared be- tween the four groups prior treatment and post - treatment. Results The alprostadil combined mecobalamine treated group gain an advantage than the alprostadil treated group or the meeobalamine treated group at clinical effectiveness and nerve conduction velocity（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Alprostadil combined mecobalamine treated can improve DPN more effec- tive than alprostadil treated or meeobalamine treated only.
