中西医结合治疗肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎

目的观察西医治疗结合紫癜肾综方治疗肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎的临床效果。方法将我院门诊及病房收治的肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎随机分为两组：对照组采用经典西药治疗，共30例；观察组在西药治疗基础上加用紫癜肾综方治疗，共35例。观察两组治疗效果，并对其疗效进行比较。结果观察组有效率为94．3％，疗效优于对照组的73．3％（P〈0．05）。向心性肥胖发生率观察组发生率22．9％，小于对照组66．7％（P〈0．01）。观察组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、血胆固醇差异均有统计学意义，且明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论紫癜肾综方结合西医治疗肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎可增强疗效，减少药物不良反应。

Combined treatment of traditional chinese with western medicine in nerhrotic syndrome purpuric nephritis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional chinese with western medicine on nephrotic syndrome purpuric nephritis. Methods Sixty - five cases with nephrotic syndrome purpuric nephritis were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. Thirty - five cases in treatment group were treated by combined treatment of traditional chinese with western medicine, 30 cases in control group were treated only by western medicine. Results The effective rate in treatment group was 94.3% , which was significantly higher than that in control group（73.3% ） （P 〈 0. 05）. The side effect in treatment group was 22.9%, which was significantly lower than that in control group（66.7% ） （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was significant difference in urinary protein of 24 h pro, serum albumine, cholesterol before and after treatment, which was superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The effect of combined treatment of traditional chinese with western medicine is obviously superior to that of western medicine alone in improving prognosis of nephrotic syndrome purpuric nephritis and decreasing the incidence of adverse effect.
