早期诊断及腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠68例

目的探讨异位妊娠的早期诊断方法及腹腔镜治疗的临床应用价值。方法对68例经阴道超声检查及血清β-绒毛膜促性腺激素（β—HCG）检查诊断为异位妊娠的患者行腹腔镜手术治疗，根据具体情况决定手术方式。结果68例患者中64例（94％）经阴道超声检查发现宫外包块，结合血清β-HCG结果68例患者均诊断为异位妊娠，后经腹腔镜手术进一步确诊并进行治疗，其诊断结果与临床及病理完全符合。结论经阴道超声结合血清β—HCG是早期诊断异位妊娠最有价值的方法，腹腔镜手术是治疗异位妊娠的首选手术方式。

Early diagnosis and laparoscopic management of ectopic pregnancy in 68 cases

Objective To investigate early diagnosis methods and the value of laparoscope in the management of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The sixty eight patients, who were clinically diagnosed as the ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasonography and serum Beta - HCG values, treated with laparoscope. The way of surgery was based on the patient＇ s condition. Results Of all the 68 patients, 64 cases （94%） were found extrauterine lump by transvaginal ultrasonography. Combined with the result of serum samples, all patients were diagnosed as the ectopic pregnancy. After comfirmed and treated by laparoscope, the results were accorded with clinic and pathology. Conclusions It is the most valuable method in earlier diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy which transvaginal ultrasonography combined with serum Beta - HCG values. And laparoscope surgery is the first choice of operation made for curing ectopic pregnancy.
