早期肠内营养在急性重症胰腺炎中的应用

目的探讨早期肠内营养在急性重症胰腺炎中的应用及护理方法。方法将52例急性重症胰腺炎患者分为早期肠内营养组（22例）和对照组（30例），观察两组住院天数、各种并发症、病死率和总住院费用的差异。结果早期肠内营养组平均住院天数、并发症及治疗总费用均低于对照组，病死率两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论早期肠内营养在急性重症胰腺炎中的应用是安全有效的。

Application of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the application and nursing methods of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Fifty - two cases with severe acute pancreatitis were divided into EN group （ n = 22） and control group（ n = 30）. The incidence of serious complications, mortality, curative effect and cost were compared. Results The mean hospitalization days, the rate of serious complications and cost were significantly lower in the early EN group as compared with control group. There were no significant differences in mortality between the two groups. Conclusions Early EN in patients with severe acute pancreatitis is safe and effective.
