良性前列腺增生合并前列腺炎患者的围术期处理

目的探讨合并有前列腺炎的良性前列腺增生围术期的处理方法。方法将187例前列腺增生患者按术后病理学检查是否合并有前列腺炎分组，比较其临床症状，并分析合并有前列腺炎患者术前用药的效果。结果合并有前列腺炎的良性前列腺增生患者与单纯的前列腺增生患者的术前、术后尿痛发生率的比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；合并有前列腺炎的患者术前应用抗生素及α-肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂后，尿痛的发生率较不用者低（P〈0．05）。结论合并有前列腺炎的良性前列腺增生患者建议使用抗生素及α-肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂以降低术后并发症的发生。

Perioperative teratment of benign prostatic hyperplasia combined prostatitis

Objective To explore the perioperative management in benign prostatic hyperplasia（ BPH ） patients with chronic prostatitis（CP）. Methods One hundred and eighty - seven BPH patients were divided into two groups according to postoperative histopathological examination. BPH group and BPH with CP group ; and the treatment effects were analysed in BPH with CP patients who took medicines before operation. Results The difference of odynuria occurrence in each groups between preoperative and postoperative was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The occurrence of post operation odynuria in patients taking antibiotice and adrenergic receptor blocker was observiously lower than not taking them＇ s （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The BPH with CP patients were recommended to taking antibiotice and adrenergic receptor blocker to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
