腹股沟复发疝58例再手术体会

目的探讨腹股沟复发疝的预防和治疗。方法回顾性分析2000年2月至2008年2月登封市人口和计划生育医院、登封市第二人民医院收住的58例腹股沟复发疝患者的I临床资料。结果根据复发疝的类型，再手术采用传统疝修补术30例，无张力疝修补术26例，腹腔镜疝修补术2例。术后2例失防，其余病例随访时间12～24个月，未见复发。结论个体化方案用于预防和治疗腹股沟复发疝效果满意。

Reoperation experience of recurrent inguinal hernia in 58 cases

Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia. Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of recurrent inguinal hernia from February 2000 to February 2008 at Dengfeng Population and Family Planning Hospital and Dengfeng 2th Hospital in Henan were analyzed retrospectively. Results According to the categories of the recurrent inguinal hernia, 30 cases were re - operated with traditional hernia repair, 26 cases were offered with tension - free hernia repair,2 cases were underwent with the laparoscopic hernia repair. With the excep- tion of 2 cases, the follow - up period from 12 to 24 months and no recurrence was observed. Conclusions It is satisfactory to apply the individuation project to prevent and treat the recurrent inguinal hernia.
