腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术50例

目的探讨腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的适应证和术中处理要点。方法对50例肾囊肿患者经腹膜后入路行腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术。结果49例成功，1例转为开放手术，术后住院3～5d，平均4．3d。结论经腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术创伤小，出血少，术后住院时间短，并发症少，明显优于开放手术，应作为单纯性肾囊肿的首选治疗方法。

Retroperitoneoscopic operation of simple cyst of the kidney in 50 cases

Objective To probe into the indications of retroperitoneoseopic operation of simple cyst of the kidney and observe the postoperational effect. Methods We operated on 50 patients with cyst of kidney by retroperitoneoseopic operation. Results Forty- nine eases were successful, 1 case was converted to lumbotomy. The shortest post operative hospital stay was 2 days, the longest was 5 days, 4.3 days average. Conclusions The operation is a safe and effective technique. This treatment reduces the length of hospitalization and less expenditure. It＇s better than open cysts unroofing. It should be the first choice to treat simple renal cysts.
