急性肠梗阻的影像诊断

目的探讨急性肠梗阻的影像表现及其诊断价值。方法对28例急性肠梗阻患者的腹部X线平片和CT表现进行分析。结果腹部X线平片诊断肠梗阻准确率为64，3％，CT对肠梗阻的诊断有更高的准确性，特别是病因的诊断符合率为96．4％。结论梗阻病因的诊断CT明显优于腹部X线平片，X线平片可以作为筛查手段，CT表现可为临床确定治疗方案提供较可靠的依据。

Diagnostic imaging of acute intestinal obstruction

Objective To discuss the video expression of acute intestinal obstruction and its diagnostic value. Methods Analysed the 28 acute intestinal obstruction patient＇ s orthostatic abdominal X plain film and CT expression. Resuits The diagnostic accuracy rate was 64.3% of orthostatic abdominal X plain film to ileus,and CT had the higher accuracy, Especially in the diagnosis of the causes, and tis coincidence rate was 96.4%. Conclusions To etiological diagnosis of ileus CT is superior to abdominal X plain film, X - ray can be used as a means of screening, CT can offer reliable basis for clinical treatment programs.
