心理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤的治疗作用

目的探讨心理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤的治疗作用。方法将60例系统化疗的妇科恶性肿瘤住院患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例，采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对化疗前后患者分别进行评估和测试，并对实验组患者实施心理干预。结果实验组化疗后量表的评分显著低于对照组，且化疗后不良反应显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论心理干预能有效降低患者的不良心理反应，从而影响治疗效果。

Treatment function of psychology intervenes to the malignant tumor of the gynecology

Objective To explore the treatment function of the psychology intervenes to the malignant tumor of the gynecology department. Methods Sixty patients with gynecologic malignant tumor, divide into the experimental group and control group each 30 examples. To carry on SAS and SDS to march the appraisal and the test separately around the chemotheraoy patients, and to implement the psychological intervention to the experimental group patients. Results Two table grading of the experimental group that chemotherapy latter obviously was lower than that in the control group, also the side reactions obviously were lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The psychological intervention can reduce patients＇ adverse psychology reactions to influence treatment result.
