伴中央颞部棘波的良性儿童癫痫脑电图分析

目的分析脑电图（EEG）在伴中央颞部棘波的良性儿童癫痫（BECCT）的诊断意义。方法对72例BECCT的EEG及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果清醒时，EEG正常54例，异常18例（含8例不典型局灶性放电），对清醒时EEG正常54例均进行睡眠EEG描记．则均于中央颞部出现棘、尖波。结论睡眠EEG大大提高了BECCT的诊断率，EEG为诊断BECCT的根本依据：认识BECCT的EEG及临床特点，有利于BECCT的诊断及预后评估。

Analysis of EEG and clinical of benign childhood epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes

Objective To analyse the meaning of EEG in benign childhood epilepsy with of centrahemporal spikes diagnosis. Methods EEG and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 72 patients. Results Carry. on an electroencephalogram record under the awake state, normal 54, abnormal 18 （ including 8 cases of untypical focal discharge）. Under sleep condition the epileptiform discharge all appears in the centrotemporal area can be found in the EEG records of 54 cases of normal EEG under the awake state. Conclusions The EEG can greatly increase the diagnosis rate in benign childhood epilepsy with centrotemporal spike diagnosis. EEG is an important diagnostic basis for this disease. It may help the diagnosis to know the EEG and clinical characteristics of BECT.
