胸膜孤立性纤维瘤的影像学诊断

目的探讨影像学诊断在胸膜孤立性纤维瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析5例经病理证实的胸膜孤立纤维瘤的影像学表现。结果5例中，CT平扫均见肿瘤较大，边界较光整，肿物中央及边缘可见低密度影。其中有1例能见到肿瘤边缘的钙化。增强扫描肿物CT值增加15—40Hu，均匀强化2例，不均匀强化3例。结论胸膜孤立纤维瘸的影像学表现有一定特征性，特别是CT后处理重建对病变的显示及诊断提供了很重要的诊断依据，典型病例可做术前诊断。

Imaging diagnosis of solitary fibrous tumors of the pleura

Objective To explore the value of imaging diagnosis in diagnose and differential diagnose of solitary fibrous tumors of the pleura. Methods We reviewed and analyzed five cases of SFTP which had been verified by pathology. Results Of five cases, CT plain scanning made us see these tumors big, all with clear margin and central small low attenuation and the edge of the tumor. The edge of one tumor was calcified. After contrast enhancement, the lesions enhanced with CT value 15 -40 Hu, homogenous enhancement was seen in two cases, and heterogeneous enhancement was seen in 3 cases with enhanced vessels in them. Conclusions Images of SFTP have some characteristic features. MSCT and reconstruction can provide mere information for the display and diagnosis of the tumors. Typical cases can be diagnosed before operation.
