实验性肺血栓栓塞症后静脉血浆前列环素的变化

目的探讨实验性家兔急性肺血栓栓塞症（PTE）后静脉血浆前列环素（PGI2）的变化及意义。方法利用热处理后的家兔自体血凝块制备急性PTE家兔模型，通过肺脏解剖和病理证实PTE，并动态观察血浆PGI2水平。结果急性PTE后，静脉血浆PGI2于栓塞术后30min即迅速升高，1h仍较高，此后急剧下降，1d时达最低，以后持续低水平并缓慢回升，7d和10d时仍低于栓塞前，但7d和10d时与术前相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），其余与术前相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论急性PTE后PGI，显著升高在发病中有重要作用。

Variation of plasma level of prostaglandingI2 before and after experimental acute pulmonary thromboembolism of rabbits

Objective To study the variation and significance of venous plasma level of prostaglandingI2 before and after experimental acute pulmonary thromboembolism （ PTE ） of rabbits. Methods Acute PTE models of rabbits were established with injection of autologous blood clot, then the regulation of thrombosis was explored at dissection and upon mi- croscopic examination after PTE. Moreover, the venous plasma level of prostaglandingI2 （ PGI2 ） was examined. Results Venous plasma level of PGI2 began to increase at, 30 min and continually increased at 60 min, then immediately decreased significantly to its minimum at 1 day, and maintain its low level while increase slowly after clots infusion. Conclusions The apparent variation of PGI2 plays an important role in the phase of PTE.
