肿瘤病区高危药品用药安全管理

【摘要】 目的 探讨肿瘤病区高危药品使用流程，严格规范化管理，促进肿瘤病区护理用药安全。 方法 制定肿瘤病区高危药品目录，建立督察小组，加强护士高危药品知识学习，制定高危药品使用流程。 结论 肿瘤病区高危药品规范化管理，可增强护士用药安全防范意识，减少护理用药安全隐患，减少护士职业暴露程度。

The Safety Management of High-risk Drug Use in Tumor Ward

The purpose of the authors in writing the article is to explore the application flow of high-risk drug in tumor ward,standardize the management and guarantee safe drug use in tumor ward.The drug lists should be made for the high-risk drug used in tumor ward and the supervising groups formed.Besides,the nurses responsible for the high-risk drugs should study the relevant knowledge and the application flow of high-risk drug should also be made.The standardized management of high-risk drugs in tumor ward can strengthen the consciousness of the nurses responsible for safe drug use,decrease the hidden trouble in nursing and delivering drugs and lessen the occupational exposure of the nurses in work.
