| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人脐疝人工材料补片修补术的应用价值。方法我科2003年3月～2005年1月对6例老年脐疝患者行人工材料补片修补术，观察治疗效果。结果本组手术经过顺利，无手术后并发症发生，术后随访6～28个月均无复发，无明显不适。结论以人工材料行老年患者脐疝修补术方法可靠，疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the applied value of the surgical treatment of umbilical hernia in aged patients using the patch of artificial materials. Methods From March 2002 to January 2005, 60 cases of aged patients with umbilical hernia received artificial materials patch repair were analyzed retrospectively. Results The postoperative course was unevenful. No Postoperative complications were found. With follow-up from 6 to 28 months, no post-operative recurrence and local obvious discomfort were happened. Conclusion This procedure possesses safe, reliable and satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of aged patients with umbilical hernia. |
