| 摘 要： | 目的 对血栓通注射液进行细菌内毒素检查研究,建立检测血栓通注射液中内毒素试验方法。方法 参照《中国药典》2000年版二部附录XIE细菌内毒素检查法和附录XIXF细菌内毒素检查法应用指导原则进行试验。结果 供试品在1:180的稀释倍数下无干扰作用。结论 用细菌内毒素检查法检查血栓通注射液的内毒素是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a bacterial endotoxin test for Xueshuantong injection. Methods Bacterial endotoxin test proce-
dure and guiding principle in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 were used. Results The experiment shows that Xueshuantong injection has
no interference in 1: 180 dilution. Conclusion It is available that bacterial indotoxin test can be used for the detection of Xueshuan-
tong injection. |
