静脉肾盂造影的临床护理体会

目的探讨静脉肾盂造影检查的护理方法与护理经验。方法对500例静脉肾盂造影患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果应用离子型造影剂354例，其中21例在注射造影剂过程中出现全身灼热感、打喷嚏、恶心、呕吐；15例伴有荨麻疹，经静脉注射地塞米松、吸氧等处理后症状减轻，完成造影；有5例出现较严重过敏反应：头晕心悸、胸闷，停止检查，经抢救病情稳定，转病房观察。余均顺利完成造影检查。应用非离子型造影剂146例，未发现过敏反应。所有患者造影检查结果均达到满意，并符合诊断的要求。结论在进行静脉肾盂造影检查中的护理工作极为关键，是决定患者能否配合检查，安全完成检查，达到诊断目的的前提。

The nursing experience in intravenous pyelography

Objective To explore nursing methods and nursing experience in the exami-nation of intravenous pyelography. Methods 500 patients examined by intravenous pyelog-raphy were analyzed retrospectively. Results in 354 ionic contrast agent cases, Burning heat sensation, itch in the larynx, sneezes, nausea, vomiting, palpitation, oppressed feeling in the chestoccurredin 21 patients; urticaria occurred in 15 patients and 5 patients had allergic reaction, stop examination ,and after emergency treatment, patients are in stable condition, and turn to observe out-patient ward hospital room. 146 non-ionic contrast agent cases had no allergic reaction. Conclusion nursing service is important in the examination of intravenous pyelography, and it decides whether patients could go with the inspection, and finish the examination safely , attain to the diagnostic purposes.
