神经性皮炎患者人格特征和生活事件研究

目的研究神经性皮炎患者的人格特征和生活事件.方法对85名神经性皮炎患者和70名健康成年人测试了艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、A型行为类型评定量表(TABP)和生活事件量表(LES),并进行比较分析.结果个性测试显示,患者组A型行为人格、EPQ-N、EPQ-E显著高于对照组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05);EPQ-P、EPQ-L无显著性差异(P＞0.05);个性特质方面,不稳定-外向型显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),而稳定-内向型显著低于对照组(P＜0.01).LES测评显示,两组的正性刺激量差异不明显(P＞0.05),负性刺激量和刺激总量均明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论神经性皮炎患者发病与特定的人格特征和负性生活事件密切相关.因此在药物治疗的同时,采取有效的心理干预,将有助于疾病的治疗.

A Controlled Study of the Personality Characteristic and Life Events in Neurodermatitis

Objective To study the correlation between the personality characteristic and life events of patients with neurodermatitis. Methods 85 cases of neurodermatitis and 70 healthy controllable subjects were assessed by EPQ, TABP and LES. Results For both personality test and LES, types A behavior pattern character, EPQ-N, EPQ-E, instabilized-extroversion trait ,number of negative life events and total number of life events in Study Group were significantly higher than those in Control Group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The trait types of stabilized-introversion in Study Group were significantly lower than those in Control Group(P<0.01). There were no significant differences of the EPQ-P, EPQ-L and number of positive life events between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion There is close relationship between specific personality characteristic and negative life events with to genesis of neurodermatitis. It will be redound the treatment of malady with effective mentality tamper.
