亚急性砷中毒对大白鼠部分生化指标的影响

摘    要:目的观察亚急性砷中毒对大白鼠部分血清常用生化指标的影响。方法以健康大白鼠30只,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组皮下注射亚砷酸钠溶液(0.02mg/g),正常组皮下注射蒸馏水。30d后测定各组大白鼠血红蛋白(Hb),肌酐(Cr),总蛋白(TP),血砷,尿素(BU)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)指标。结果实验组大白鼠的6项生化指标均发生改变,其中Cr、BU、血砷均高于对照组(P<0.01或0.05),Hb、TP、ALT指标下降(P<0.01)。结论亚急性砷中毒对大白鼠机体有明显损伤作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of subacute arsenic poisoning on some of the serum biochemical indexes in white rats. Methods 30 healthy white rats were randomly allocated to an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group were given subcutaneous injection with 0.02mg/g sodium arsenite solution, and the control group were given subcutaneous injection with distilled water. 30 days after the injection, the indexes of Hb, Cr, TP, blood arsenic, blood urea (BU) and ALT were measured. Results Subacute arsenic poisoning could result in the changes of the mentioned above 6 biochemical indexes, of which Cr, BU and blood arsenic were statistically higher than those in the control group (P<0.01 or 0.05), Hb, TP and ALT indexes decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion Subacute arsenic poisoning can obviously injure the white rats.
