静脉血栓形成动物模型的病理学研究

摘    要:目的:观察兔颈静脉血栓形成(VT)模型的病理学变化。探讨其可靠性,方法:通过结扎静脉,阻碍血流,损伤血管壁,激活凝血因子等方法而形成模型并分期观察其病理学演变。结果:VT后3天内,血栓与管壁无粘连,内皮细胞不全,炎性浸润明显,7天后血栓收缩,与内壁机化粘连,渐有内皮细胞覆盖。结论:本模型病理过程和组织病理学变化类似于人类深静脉血栓形成,方法恒定,可靠。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the pathologic change of models of jugular venous thrombosis in rabbits and its reliability.Methods:Animal models of venous thrombosis were made by ligating the vein,blocking blood flow,injurying the vascular wall and activating the coagulation factor,and the pathologic changes were observed during different periods.Results:In the three days after thrombosis formation,the thrombus showed no adhesion to the vascular wall;there existed endotheliocytic denudation and inflammatory infitration.At 7 and 15 days following venous thrombosis formation,the thrombus began to contract and adhere to the vascular wall;hence,the intima was covered by the intact endothelial cells neighboring the thrombosis.Conclusions:The model is similar in the pathological processes and pathologic change to the deep venous thrombosis of human.The method is reliable.
