| 摘 要： | 目的:研究娑罗子(天师栗A.Wilsonii Rehd.种子)中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、SephadexLH-20及反相制备型高效液相等色谱分离手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果:从中分离得到了4个化合物,分别鉴定为:①山奈酚-3-O--D-木糖基(12)]——D-葡萄糖甙;②山奈酚-3-O--D-木糖基(12)]-D-葡萄糖基(16)]——D-葡萄糖甙;③山奈酚-3,7-O——L-二鼠李糖甙;④山奈酚-3-O——D-葡萄糖甙。结论:4个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of A.Wilsonii Rehd.Methods：Column chromatography （silica gel, sephadex LH-20, and preparative RP-HPLC were used to isolate the constituents.Their structures were elucidated by physical and s pectral data.Results：kaemferol-3-O——D-xylopyranosyl（1 2）——D-glucopyranoside（1）,kaemferol-3-O--D-xylopyranosyl（1 2）]-D-glucopyranosyl （1 6）]——D-glucopyranoside （2）,kaemferol-3,7-O——L-dirhamnopyranoside （3）,and kaemferol-3-O——D-glucopyranoside（4）.Conclusion：All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
