丙型肝炎患者红细胞免疫功能与脂质过氧化物和补体受体(CR1)粘附活性相关的研究

摘    要:目的 :研究丙型肝炎患者红细胞免疫功能与脂质过氧化物和补体受体CR1水平的关系。方法 :应用红细胞酵母花环法测定红细胞免疫功能 ,化学法测定血浆丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)含量 ,红细胞免疫粘附法测定CR1含量 ,并与 35名正常健康人比较。结果 :5 8例丙型肝炎患者RBC -IC花环率和MDA水平明显高于正常人组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而RBC -C3b、SOD ,GSH -PX、CR1水平明显低于正常 (P <0 .0 1) ,相关分析显示 :RBC -C3b花环、CR1的水平与MDA呈显著的负相关 (r =- 0 .4 0 12 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,RBC -IC与MDA呈正相关 (r =0 .6 12 4 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :丙型肝炎患者红细胞免疫粘附功能降低和CR1水平的下降与活性氧代谢紊乱密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between red blood cell immunofunction and lipid per oxidation as well as CR1 activity in patients with hepatitis C. Methods The red blood cell C3b receptor (RBC-C3b)and red blood cell immune complex (RBC-IC) rosettes were measured in 58 patients with hepatitis C and 35 controls. Plasma levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glulathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) were measured with chemocolorimetry and CR1 with immune-adherence method in these subjects as well. Results RBC-IC rosette percentage and MDA levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls (P<0.01), while RBC-C3b rosette positivity, SOD, GSH-PX levels and CR1 activity were significantly lower (P<0.01). Correlation analysis showed that plasma MDA levels were negatively correlated with RBC-C3b rosette percentage and CR1 activity (r=-0.4015, -0.4012, P<0.05), but positively correlated with RBC-IC rosette numbers (r=0.6124, P<0.01). Conclusion The lowered red cell immune adhesion function and CR1 activity were closely associated with the lipid peroxidation disturbance in patients with hepatitis C.
