慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期住院病人中肺心病罹患率调查

目的了解慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）住院病人中的罹患率。方法系统回顾我科2002年10月1日至2007年3月31日住院的1274例AECOPD病人，统计肺心病在各级的罹患率和总罹患率。结果总罹患率为：75．4％。其中，Ⅰ级25．9％，Ⅱa级60．6％，Ⅱb级70．1％，Ⅱ级92．6％。结论肺心病在AECOPD住院病人中罹患率很高，分期越高，罹患率越高。

The retrospective study on the attack rate of cor pulmonale in the inpatients with AECOPD

Objective To investigate the attack rate of cor pulmonale in the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD） in hospital. Methods 1274 cases of inpatient with AECOPD in the Department of Medicine of our hospital from October 1 st 2002 to March 31 st 2007 were retrospectively studied. Clinical data included attack rate of cor pulmonale of each stage and of the tota, which were collected and analyzed. Results The total attack rate was 75.4%. The rate at Stage Ⅰ was 25.9%, at Stage Ⅱa it was 60. 6% , at Stage Ⅱ b it was 70.1% and at Stage Ⅱ it was 92. 6% . Conclusion Theattaek rate of cor pulmonale in patients with AECOPD is quite high, and the rates go higher as stages increases.
