二维及彩色多普勒超声评价块状型肝癌射频治疗效果

摘    要:目的:利用二维及彩色多普勒超声评价集束电极射频治疗块状型肝癌的效果。方法:块状型肝癌患者65例,经集束电极射频治疗术前及术后1周观察肿瘤形态学及血流动力学变化。结果:治疗前65例肝癌患者67个肿块均可探及血流信号,以动静脉混合供血为主。术后1周,67个肿块中29个血流减少,24个完全消失;低回声肿块变成等回声或不均匀的强回声,而强回声肿块的回声无明显变化。结论:二维超声显像及彩色多普勒可评价肝癌射频治疗前后瘤体内血流及回声变化,并为重复治疗提供依据。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the therapy effect of hepatic cancer treated with cluster electrode radio frequency ablation by two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography.Methods: The morphological and hemodynamic changes of 65 patients with 67 hepatic cancerous nodes were investigated before and after one week of cluster electrode radio frequency ablation.Results: Before radio frequency ablation,the blood signals were found in all tumors.One week after the therapy,the blood signals were reduced in 29 and disappeared in 24 tumors.The hypoechoic masses became isoechoic or hyperechoic masses.The hyperechoic masses remained unchanged.Conclusion: Two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography could assess the therapy effect of hepatic cancer treated with cluster electrode radio frequeney ablation and provide some information for the next therapy.
